After a successful career as a Personal Assistant to senior executives in Oxford, New York, Miami and Sydney, I felt the need for a new challenge:  and real estate certainly is!

Initially I sold residential houses and units before specialising in management rights sales in 1995.  I was asked to join several companies over the next 10 years and in 2005 I commenced my own company, Liz Lavender Management Rights.

My company handled over $25,000,000 worth of sales in 2007 and during the first 6 months of 2008, sales were over $12,000,000.

Over the past 13 years selling management rights I have built a huge repeat clientelle and numerous referrals. 

I was extremely pleased to be nominated by my clients for the
